My path to Vera Well began long before I became trained in Nutrition Response Testing. With a master’s degree in Counseling Psychology, I became a licensed therapist and spent part of my career working in foster care. That experience gave me the privilege of working closely with children and families and deepened a love for helping individuals feel seen, understood and supported.

Around the same time, my own health journey introduced me to Nutrition Response Testing. The changes I experienced through Nutrition Response Testing sparked a desire to understand more, and so, I pursued training—never knowing just how personally meaningful that decision would become.

Not long after, my own family walked through a challenging health journey with my son. Walking through that experience as a mom changed the way I thought about health, particularly when it comes to our children. I believe one of the most important things we can do is protect and nurture their growing bodies—helping them build strong foundations and greater resilience for whatever life brings.

That belief is at the heart of Vera Well. When we nurture the roots of health, we create a stronger foundation for what comes next.
